The Bamboo Insert is the second insert that comes with each Raf Raf bamboo cloth diaper. Each insert can last 2-3 hours depending on age of baby. 

The bamboo insert is designed to be added into the pocket of the cloth diaper in addition to the charcoal bamboo insert. Using both inserts will give overnight absorption of 6-8 hours.

When the baby is older and ready for potty training, the bamboo insert can be used as a training pants insert by attaching it onto the bamboo diaper cover via the snap button on the back of the insert. As the insert will stay wet (compared to the charcoal bamboo insert which stays dry all the time), this will help baby to distinguish between the sensations of wet and dry, and aid in speeding up the potty training process. The bamboo insert, used this way, together with the diaper cover, becomes a training pants.

Important Note:
Before use, pre-wash the bamboo inserts with a little bit of detergent 1-2 times to open up its absorbency. Ensure that your detergent does not contain bleach or softeners as these are chemicals that will block its absorbency.
